Dear Consumer Friend;

Thank you for visiting this section of www.consumeradvocacy.com. I know your time is valuable, so I’ll get right to the point: The California Alliance For Consumer Protection would like to invite you to participate in a revolutionary new project - a project that we believe will benefit you and your Readers/Listeners because it provides them with strong, educational content that’s written by California Consumers, for California Consumers.

www.ConsumerAdvocacy.com is in the process of becoming a not-for-profit 501 C 3, one that consists of over a dozen news creating websites that focus on creating unique, one of a kind news stories, as well as information from the state’s most recognized consumer groups. Combined, the stories will be placed on line for your selection and use, as you need it, when you need it. All news stories will be designed to educate consumers in the space you have available. The information we will be providing includes (but is not limited to) the following subjects:

Combined, these web sites will publish Fresh Stories that will include:

  • Department News — Not just from the Department of Consumer Affairs, but all departmental actions to protect consumers from scams and rip-offs.
  • Assembly and Senate Interviews — focus on the Business and Professions and Judiciary Committees, the committees that oversee consumer protection in California.
  • Secretary of State — from donations to corporate filings and how they affect consumer protection.
  • The actions of Consumer Groups in and around the state.

With those subjects in mind, we have developed several ways to provide this information to you. Generally speaking, we plan on posting this information on line for your review and use daily. Of course, we can (and will) email you articles, should that option be chosen by you. As a result, the Consumer News Network comes with three membership options – all designed to be easy on the pocketbook and stimulating on the mind.

Option 1: Website Links: Content for websites – This is a simple and easy to use format – simply link from your website to our URL’s. This option costs less than $2 a week $99 a year.

Option 2: Media — stories for your use and publication. – Three times a week, we will forward information (links with a synopsis) to you via email. This option costs $50 a month.

Option 3: Corporation Use: - Keeping abreast of Consumer Actions - designed for the busy executive or operations that continually are impacted by consumer group action9s), we’ll provide updates on what consumer groups are doing, legislation they are sponsoring and what positions they are taking that directly affect the business community. Additionally, we’ll provide profiles of consumer leaders and their organizations, as well as important policy positions that they have taken. Delivered weekly by email (Monday morning), this service option costs $325 a year.

At this point in time it is our goal to get this information out to the public and as such, are open to working with you to meet your specific needs.

In closing, I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely;

Michael Ross, JD
